Welcome to your Pleasant Pond paradise! Designed with comfort and guest enjoyment in mind, this 3 level home boasts light filled open living spaces, gorgeous water views, and seamless indoor-outdoor living.

Gather in the cozy living area to stream your favorites using high speed Wi-Fi, whip up delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, or unwind after a day on the lake in one of three private full bath setups.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms (Sleeps 8)
Designed to give multi-generational families or groups of friends space and privacy, with a full bathroom featuring a tub or shower on each floor:
Main Level (Master Suite): 1 King bed and shared main floor bathroom with shower

Upper Level Bedrooms: Two spacious upstairs bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable Queen bed. Serviced by an upper level full bathroom with shower.

Lower Level / Kids Zone: Set up with twin bunk beds (sleeps 2), perfect for kids or extra guests, alongside a full bathroom with shower on the lower level.

House Rules & Good to Know

There are several homes on a quiet dirt road. There are woods between neighbors, but you can see the neighbors homes from the home.

There is parking for 2 vehicles.

Pet Policy: We love dogs and allow with prior approval! Please let us know if you would like to bring your furry family member. A non-refundable $150 pet fee (covers all dogs) and a signed pet release form are required prior to check in.

Security: For the safety of our guests and property, a Ring camera is located at the exterior entrance facing away from the cottage to monitor guest counts.
Water Safety: Life jackets are provided and strongly encouraged for all watercraft activities (required by law for children under 10). A standard liability release form is required prior to using the kayaks and paddleboards. Please follow local Maine law when operating watercrafts. A signed waiver is required prior to check in.

Dock Availability: The dock is seasonal and put in/taken out depending on weather and the time of year.

Hot Tub Policy: In the rare event the hot tub is temporarily out of service during your stay, a $20/day refund applies per booking terms.

Winter & Weather: For winter and early spring stays, an AWD/4WD vehicle is recommended. We encourage purchasing travel insurance at checkout to protect against unexpected weather or travel changes! We follow our cancellation policy.
