Lakefront Vacation Rentals

Click on our properties page and choose your home. Then click the BOOK NOW button or simply search for available dates at the top of the page. When you click on the BOOK NOW button, you will be brought to our booking calendar. If you prefer to book through Airbnb or vrbo, we are on there too!

Our Homes are located in Belgrade Maine and Canaan Maine in central Maine.

Both homes are located near golf courses, hospitals, Colby College, Waterville, Skowhegan, and Augusta Maine.                                                                                         

Dogs are always welcome!  We understand they are a part of the family. Please let us know beforehand if you plan to bring your pet. We do charge an additional nonrefundable $150 pet fee. 

Check in time is 4:00 PM.

Check out time is 10:00 AM.

We have a reserved space for one boat on the dock in Belgrade Maine. The boat space can fit up to a 24 foot pontoon boat. The home has access to a boat ramp right at the lake access which is only a 2 minute walk from the home. 

Our home in Canaan has an area right next to the home for launching a boat. 

Belgrade: There is plenty of parking for several vehicles directly to the right of the home. There is also a reserved parking space large enough for a truck and trailer directly across from the lake.

Canaan: There is plenty of parking for several vehicles and space for a boat trailer.

Belgrade: Cell phone service can be spotty near the home, but our free high speed internet works well and typically resolves any cell phone reception issues.

Canaan: We offer free high speed internet and have not noted any issues with cell service.

Our homes comes fully equipped for you to cook and enjoy your time on the lake. There are cups, plates, silverware, pots, pans, salt, pepper, coffee maker, coffee, paper towels, dish-sponge, dish-washing liquid, electric oven and cook-top, refrigerator, and trash container with bags. There are also several restaurants nearby at both homes if you’re not interested in cooking

Our homes also included sheets, blankets, towels, make-up towels, trash-bags for a couple days.

Both homes are heated. We offer ACs seasonally at our Belgrade home. We have a heat pump with AC at our Canaan homes. There are box fans available for use in both homes all year round. 

We have an outdoor propane gas grill that is available seasonally for use. We have firepits at both homes. 

Please carefully read our cancellation policy. We strongly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance so you receive a full refund in the event you are unable to make your reservation at the last minute.

Our homes are fully stocked so you can enjoy the comforts of home while working! We have plenty of parking for large vehicles.
