Other things to note
Pets: We love dogs! We just ask that you pick up after them in the yard and keep them off the furniture when possible. There is a built-in leash line in the yard for their safety. We do charge a non refundable fee of $50.00 per pet per stay. We also require a signed pet release agreement prior to your stay. This is for insurance purposes.

Wi-Fi & Remote Work: We have high-speed Starlink Wi-Fi, which easily handles web browsing, streaming, and everyday internet use. However, because we’re surrounded by mountains and trees, satellite handoffs or heavy weather can cause brief flickers so live video calls or Wi-Fi calling can occasionally be spotty.

Winter Driving: We are located on a rural town road in northern New Hampshire. In winter and early spring, all-wheel drive (AWD) or four-wheel drive (4WD) is strongly recommended to navigate snow and ice safely.

Wash and Dryer: Please note, we do not have a washer or dryer for use during your stay.

Cancellation Policy: Our posted cancellation schedule applies to all reservations without exception. We cannot offer refunds or date changes for cancellations made outside of our policy window due to weather, travel delays, health issues, or personal emergencies. We highly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance prior to their stay.
