Other Things to Note: Guests will have a remote Check-In, and we host remotely. We are always available but will leave you alone to enjoy your vacation. We do have a ring cameras at the entrance to the house for the safety of the house and our guests so we will know when you arrive.
*Weather/Cancellations*
We highly suggest an all wheel drive or 4 wheel drive vehicle during the winter and spring months as our home is on a dirt road.
We cannot predict or control weather, so we don’t offer refunds due to inclement weather. Please keep this in mind when booking, and if this is a concern we recommend purchasing travel insurance.
If, for any reason, the hot tub is unavailable during your stay, you’ll be eligible for a refund of up to $20 per day for each day the amenity is out of service.
